This is Jill W.'s turtle Rag Rug. She did an amazing job. Soo Cute, Jill!! Jill purchased the video tuturial from www.ragrugsbyerin.com. Then using the guidelines and detailed instructions provided, she made it her own by adding eyes and changing the the pattern on the back. That is so fun to see the creativity of each and every person's rag rug creation. My tutorials either on YouTube (Erin Halvorsen) or on my website are meant to help the crocheter or crafter create their own treasure to give or keep.
Jill wrote to me saying: "Here is a picture of my finished turtle rug, this was really fun to make! I plan on making more turtles for sure!!
Yes! Please do share any pictures I send you! I can't wait to see the fish! My sister had even said it would be cute to come up with a pattern you could do Nemo and Dory colors in! She also said I should put a mask on the turtle and make it a ninja turtle, LOL. Thanks for writing back to me!
Jill W."

Hi Erin! I was thrilled to see my turtle rug in your blog!!! I ended up selling this rug to someone who was moving to Florida, who wanted it on the deck by their pool.
